Projects
I like to code as well and am working on a few small projects for fun.
PhotoCleaner
Over the past few years, I’ve been scanning old family photos. Photo scanning companies don’t update EXIF data, so you’re usually stuck with photos time-stamped by the scan date. I wrote some code to batch update the date taken and upload it to Google Photos.
Recovery Timer
I developed this Apple Watch app (and learned a few things) while working out consistently pre-COVID. Recovery Timer helps you do workouts like weight lifting, HIIT, running… any place you do sets. Your training methodology may say ‘wait until your heart rate recovers,’ and this app automates that process. You are not constantly glancing at your watch or taking your pulse - mentally rest and listen to your music or podcast before getting back to work. Recovery Timer also saves the info to see heart rate improvement over time.
